Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: 35 per week (flexible)
Salary: £47,810 – £54,710 FTE DOE
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a specialist rehabilitation service supporting adults with acquired brain injury.
The Role
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing specialist OT input, taking the lead on OT provision within the service. Responsibilities include managing a complex caseload, developing evidence-based treatment plans, supporting independence in daily living, and working closely with families and external professionals.
About You
Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
HCPC registered
4+ years post-registration (minimum 2 years in neuro/ABI)
Skilled in cognitive and upper limb rehabilitation; experience in managing dysphagia
Confident with complex neurological needs
Full UK driving licence (willing to drive service users)
